We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with returns or refunds.

Returns
✅ Eligibility:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

Pack the item securely and include the original receipt or order number.

Ship to our return center (address provided upon approval).

🚚 Return Shipping:

Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item).

For faster processing, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds
💳 Processing Time:

Once your package reaches us, please allow 7-14 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your own expense. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

Original payment method will be credited (excludes return shipping costs).
